Workers door

Door opening onto the garden from the street Chaussée de Beuvilliers. The workers entered there, delivery men or others. This is where the furniture from the Buissonets was brought in, with Tom. And also the episode of the Christmas trees told by Thérèse in Ms C, folio 13 recto. A third party was necessary so that the sister who was doorkeeper was not alone to meet workers. She stood in the little door to the right.

Porte-des-ouvriers

A more recent photo of the workers door seen from the outside. We see the little door inside the right side of the double door.

The door seen from the outside but opening into the garden of the Carmelites. We see in the double door on the right, the little door open as well.
