SAINT MICHAEL

Joan, your name is inscribed in Heaven
With the names of the saviors of France,
And there, to show His grandeur and His power,
God keeps for you a throne of glory.

THE TWO SAINTS together.
We see with joy the sacred brilliance,
That already shines from your forehead,
And that we bring to you from Heaven.

SAINT CATHERINE

A martyr's palm

SAINT MARGARET

And a martyr's crown.

The Saints advance to give Joan the palm and the crown, but Saint Michael stops them, lifting his sword and chanting:

SAINT MICHAEL

One must fight before being victorious.
