Description:
21st intercession - 1 painting

Miraculous protection for a soldier buried under dirt by a bomb that exploded (1918).

The soldier found himself buried alive. Under the dirt, he prayed to Sr. Thérèse with anguish and heard her say in his ear, “Soldier, be patient! Suffering is good for you.” Soon the ground opened up and Sr. Thérèse stretched forth her hand and delivered him from death.
