LT 33 - To Marie of the Sacred Heart - November 14, 1887
November 14, 1887 Dear Godmother, You made a real rash judgment when thinking I was going to read Pauline's letter before yours; it's just the opposite that happened.... Oh! yes, Marie, you said enough to me in the short note this evening, and my heart understood all... How this note pleased me. When I read the letters you send me, I feel —I don't know what it is—something very sweet flowing into my heart. Papa is well, and he is happy with your letters. I asked at the monks' monastery if I could have some relics of St. Agnes; this is impossible. Your Thérésita loves you with her whole heart.
