A “meadow” as big as a pocket handkerchief, that Céline’s wide angle lens transformed into a huge field. On the extreme right we see the wall of the Fleuriot property. On the extreme left, to the left of the bushes is that path that leads to the alley of the chestnut trees where the photo was taken. This was the setting, from the other side of the meadow, where Thérèse and the community were making hay, photo no. 35.
