LT 29 - To Léonie - October 23-30 (?), 1887

October 23-30 (?), 1887

Dear little Sister,

I can't tell you how much joy your letter gave me. Thanks for wishing me a happy feast in such a nice way. I would have liked to write you immediately, but we are so busy now that it was impossible. Céline cannot write you, for she has too much to do, but this doesn't prevent her from thinking of her little sister, whom she loves so much. She told me to kiss you. You told me to pray to Blessed Margaret Mary so that she may obtain the grace for you to become a holy Visitandine. I will never fail to do this for one single day.

I thank you for warning me to look at the pretty little Jesus; He is not damaged. He is as fresh as when He left you. I kissed His little foot for you, and His little hand seemed to bless you from a distance.

Dear Sister, I would have many things to tell you, but. . .
