Office of altar breads

Photo taken in the office used for the making of altar breads (or hosts). In the foreground on the right, we see the earthen bowl used to mix the batter and on the left, the mold. In back beneath the window, we see the long handle of the cutter and a stack of hosts already cut. In back on the right we see a second mold on a gas burner.

This room is located behind the two windows that can be seen to the right of the rotunda and to the left of the door opening on the inner courtyard. In the corner is the statue of Saint Joseph.
