Seeing your mother cry, poor child, Y

our heart will suffer

And the tears of your old father

Will also make you tremble.

But God sees all your sacrifices.

He will be generous:

Your parents will taste in Heaven 

All of His delights.

God is so generous to me, I, too, want to be generous to Him. (Firmly) Yes, I shall leave this place and go chase the foreigners out of France!... All I need is the benediction of my Lord Jesus Christ, and Our Lady's protection.
